Our founder Alex Cordoba, after the untimely passing of his parents, had to deal with two different probates in two different countries with litigations that lasted for decades. During the last economic down turn, his family also went through a foreclosure.

Dealing with these two major difficulties involving real estate, he realized there is not one company in the market that provides an all inclusive solution to deal with learning the processes of probate and foreclosures or helping individuals who are dealing with those unfortunate events.

As such he teamed up with a series of experts in all different related subject matters including attorneys, negotiators, bankers, credit specialists, title companies and created and developed a process called VIVAS.
